Tasked to publicise Dulux’s ‘Smarter Spaces’ initiative, which aims to improve the state of the nation’s schools by creating improved educational environments, we enrolled Educating Yorkshire’s Matthew Burton and launched Dulux’s ‘School of Dreams’ competition.
Highlighting that 66% of Brits agreed the government was not doing enough to help schools prioritise necessary improvements to areas used by pupils, the campaign invited schools to apply for funding for a Dulux ‘Smarter Spaces’ transformation.
A panel of judges, including Matthew Burton and global education pioneer Professor Stephen Heppell, shortlisted six schools before a public vote decided which lucky winner would receive the learner-led design improvements.
Thought-provoking research, complemented by photo-calls, regional targeting and by-lined articles by our ambassadors ensured:
- 70-plus pieces of coverage in national, regional, education, trade & specification media across print, online, social and regional.
- Cemented Dulux Trade’s position as the thought-leader in this crucial vertical sector.
